The Latest from Shadow Productions...

How do you cut through the clutter on a budget, especially in the car biz? You call Shadow Productions and order up a batch of TV spots. Hyundai and Suzuki, two brands still battling the better-known names in the car business, now have a snazzy new look in the local market. In fact, the Suzuki spot is being used by the company’s national advertising agency as an example of best practices.
The political season is long past us now, but Shadow Productions was pleased to be the place where several campaigns chose to record, and we entertained visitors such as Senator Bernie Sanders, Patrick and Mrs. Leahy and Liz Jeffords, in addition to recording spots for Scudder Parker, Peter Welch, Martha Abbot and Martha Rainville.
In the animation realm, Shadow Productions has recently completed several interesting projects, including an animated Planet Earth sequence/logo treatment for DR Power of Vergennes.
In partnership with Marketing Partners of Burlington, we produced a how-to-vote DVD for the Secretary of State’s office. The theme: Your Vote is Your Voice. The mission: Make it fun.
Shadow also produced an integrated electronic campaign for HouseNeeds. We created a character, the HouseNeeds official Spokes-Geek, who appears on radio, TV and on the HouseNeeds web site. Hits to the site went up dramatically based on a relatively modest media campaign.
Through HMC Advertising, Shadow completed an animated TV spot for the Vermont Student Assistance Corporation.
In association with Hand Cranked Productions of Boston, Shadow composed music for two animated TV spots for Magic Hat Brewing Company.
Some of our more enjoyable radio work included producing spots for the Farmers Diner of Quechee, Vermont. Why? Because the Farmers Diner is all about local—working with local vendors, serving up local food to local folks. And we at Shadow are very much about working locally.
